Hearts for Haiti

4 More Days!
In 4 more days, February 1, our team will arrive in Haiti. There are 10 members on our team representing Washington, Colorado, Oregon and Idaho. After months of planning, our bags are packed and ready to go! The Methodist Church of Haiti has determined that their highest priority right now is for work to begin on Freres Manse on the Guest House (Freres) campus in PetionVille. The work will mostly include working on the roof of the home and assisting with structural repairs. With the rainy season coming up quickly, it's very important to get the building into good shape. We are also hoping to work with some of the Haitian children on the campus or Duplan and to distribute school kits we've packed. Personal health kits have been packed, too. With hearts full of hope to make even the smallest of change, we go forth to serve God's people in Haiti. Follow our journey and please keep us in prayer as we put our "faith into action".
